KOAN Retail Fixtures and Millwork — Hagerstown, Maryland
KOAN is a retail project at 10306 Ezra Drive in Hagerstown, Maryland. American Fixtures & Design developed the store environment from concept through delivery and installation.
The design pairs warm architectural millwork with secure product displays, digital ordering points and a branded service counter for an approachable, education-led shopping experience.
Project overview
The KOAN project included retail design and 3D renderings, fixture engineering, custom fixtures, architectural millwork and fabrication. Delivery, installation and turnkey project coordination were also included, with licensed general contractor coordination where required.
The fixture and millwork package brought the customer-facing service areas, displays and supporting store functions into one coordinated retail environment.
Fixtures designed around the retail experience
Warm millwork, secure displays and digital ordering points help organize the customer journey while keeping the KOAN brand visible throughout the space. The branded service counter creates a clear destination for staff and customers.
